Really enjoyed the stay at Fairfield Inn Arrowhead in Charlotte. Staff were very friendly and proficient. Room was clean had fresh linens. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Ample amounts of fresh well-prepared food and drink. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Front desk was terrific. The breakfast lady was cranky to everyone. We were all trying to be kind and she did not return kindness to us. The hotel, in general, was clean but tired. It needs some updating and general care. The beds were very clean and super comfortable. We slept very well, despite the noise in the hallway which easily comes into the room. Also, the hotel is in the flight path so we heard two planes go overhead during the night. Fortunately, they were not very loud. Thankfully, at breakfast, there was food for my son who is gluten and dairy free.

Nice fitness room. Good breakfast. Large room and comfortable bed. Light switch was outside of bathroom (weird). I was given a free upgrade to the executive suite which was nice, but the suite was near the elevator and ice machine which was a bit noisy and on the first floor. Water pressure in shower was great.
