Hotel was very clean, staff is very nice and accommodating, my room was very clean. But my bed and the pull out bed were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. My king bed was very hard, and my daughter complained about feeling the mattress springs in the pull out, she slept on the couch as a regular couch. Other then that we did not have any issues with this hotel.

The staff here was extremely accommodating and kind. The rooms were clean. The only thing that I would suggest is repairing cosmetic damage like dents in walls, painting, etc., it would increase the overall charm of the hotel. Don’t mind me, I’m picky. But it’s a beautiful property overall. Cleanliness and customer service is definitely a thing for me. I didn’t eat breakfast, so I cannot provide feedback on that. As someone who usually stay at Hilton properties, the cleanliness was very comparable. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is convenient. Service was friendly and quick. Nothing really wrong with stay - just more dated than I expected. Needs a little tlc. Small pillows, fluorescent lighting, shower was in poor condition. Entry door to room was not sound proof and hallway noise comes into room. Elevators slow. Bed was comfy. Courtyard and amenities were nice.

Pros: The room appeared clean and the staff were polite. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early, which was appreciated. The place was close to the event we were attending and near several food options. Cons: There was a low number of bath towels for a 3 day stay/no where to hang the wet towels, the bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were very flat.
