My wife went to the hospital they were very caring and they still gave us a month afterwards we're going to continue to stay here it's a great place

The man at the front desk who helped us very helpful and very nice will definitely give him a five star rating. The room is however we’re so infested with roaches that I could not even stay in the room also there was police activity there almost all night long

I should tell you that I'm helping them but they're renovating everything they'll pretend to apartments and helping out the homeless doing a great job over here there's a few issues though so be careful but if you mind your business you'll be fine

We didn’t like that people were banging on the door all hours of the night, sheets were dirty, no towels in the bathroom to shower, we felt unsafe stayed there 1 night tried to get a refund for the rest of the nights they refused overall a terrible experience.

DISGUSTING!

Absolutely disgusting! I was able to check in early seeing as I would not be back to the "hotel" until after midnight. I was completely disgusted when I opened the door at 1:30 in the morning to get some sleep after working! There is no way this place should be open to ANYONE!

Horrible. Extra hidden $50 fee at front desk after I already paid online. I don't carry cash so this way very inconvenient and didn't even get to stay because of this issue. You should have added that $50 in payment online..SMDH

I went with a friend in september and when we got to our room there was someone who wasnt supposed to be in there. We went to the desk to ask for a refund and the guy said it would be back in my account within 3-5 days. It's been over a month and I havent heard anything.
