Close to the stadium which is why we chose this location. Only a 5 minute walk. Check in was easy and they were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but served it's purpose and the bed was comfortable. I also liked that we could have a cocktail at the bar before heading up to our room.

It’s Charlotte so any stay is going to be busy and hectic but it’s right outside of the Spectrum Center which is why we booked here. The bed was a true king size and comfortable. The room was extremely small but intimate. I stayed for one night and that was enough. We had to valet the car for a fee. The staff were lovely. I did have an issue with someone charging drinks to my room and extra fees being added but they were able to have that resolved and refunded. For the most part it was a peaceful stay.

The property is very much "in the city". It took a minute to locate the entrance door and make my way to the check-in lobby. You take a street-level door to an elevator, to the lobby on the 5th floor. Valet parking was much easier for me to do than to figure out parking garages. The property is really nice that it is adjacent to a little shopping area and quite a few nice restaurants with late night eats. The room layout was nice and bed was comfy. Friendly staff and clean room.
