Very clean. Surprisingly quiet given it is just off a main highway. Check-in was a bit confusing. The Staff was helpful and informative. Suggested a great place for dinner and pointed us in the right direction for a quick hike.

Very good customer service from Anne-Marie. She contacted me to make sure our check in was flawless. Every persons we interacted with were very friendly. I will go back to Le Riviera on my next trip in Charlevoix. 🙂

Le Motel Riviera repondait à nos besoin. Un endroit propre, bien ammenagé avec un excellent service clientele. À notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un texto d'un employé nous souhaitant la bienvenue et nous invitant à la contacter au besoin. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à utiliser la télévision. En 5 minutes, le problème était réglé par texto.
