Had a wonderful stay with the family at Motel de l'Anse à l'Eau. We were impressed by how clean everything was—we’ve never seen a bathroom so gleaming at a motel before. Clearly the staff take great pride and care in their hotel. The front desk staff were kind and supportive as well, they spoke with Expedia directly to modify our booking and provide a refund for the last day when we had to depart earlier than expected. The location is great too, walking distance to restaurants, boulangeries, and the waterfront. We would happily return to Motel de l'Anse à l'Eau on our next trip to Tadoussac and recommend it heartily!

The room was fine: clean, comfortable and generally quiet. Front desk was friendly and helpful, though with limited hours. However, during our three day stay, there was no maid/room- cleaning service. The last night- St Jean Baptiste Day- was extremely noisy.

The rooms are dated and had carpeting which is not good. However the staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to visit and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are facing the street which is noisy. No breakfast available. A little pricey for what you get.

Property was within easy walking distance to local businesses / attractions. Lady at reception was very welcoming. Room was quite small but that didn't bother me. Very noisy though. I don't mind road noise as I was expecting th at but you can hear people next door. Floor was quite squeaky so I felt bad for people below my room. Overall a nice stay but property could use some updating
