Had an excellent experience. Rooms were newly renovated. Only issue was that the motel was next to route one so you could hear traffic

A nice location, small swimming pool. Excellent room, small but efficient. Modern, clean, well-designed. Easy check in, check out, plenty of parking. Seasonal prices. I plan to stay there again, next year!

We only stopped for the night, but the property offered many amenities that our group would have enjoyed (sand volleyball, pool, fire pit, etc). The room was spacious and we enjoyed the laidback atmosphere.

This was really just a crash pad for my wife and I as we spent three nights there while visiting old friends in the area. Worked fine for that purpose at what was a reasonable rate for the Rhode Island seashore. Nice pool and grounds but we did not use except to briefly sit outside reading for 40 minutes one evening. Room is small but adequate. Despite a nice thick barrier of evergreens between the grounds and Rte108 the road noise was considerable while sitting outside. Not while in our room, though. We would stay there again. I

We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.

The room was very clean. No interaction was needed with the staff. An amazing surprise was having an ice maker in the room which was very helpful for me. The air conditioning worked great. I did not have the opportunity to use the amenities but there was something for everyone and every age.

Lovely modest motel, updated, clean, had everything we needed. Pool and activities were a plus especially with 8 year old. All good, except we could not get up on the Wi-Fi, unclear why. All good, without Wi-Fi we had to talk to one another.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and had so many extra perks from pool, sand box, different areas with fire pits to sit, and my son's fav- mini golf. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Only complaint was the traffic was loud which is just because of the location. I'd recommend a sound machine for light sleepers.
