Vacations Close To Charleston Tanger Outlets

Everything was nice. Everything looked clean but our bed sheets had blood on them from the previous occupants. It was on the side by the wall on the edge. Not easily seen. Obviously they were not changed after the last people checked out.

Beautiful grounds and great location Staff was very helpful

Location for walking downtown and to the wharf was perfect. Parking is convenient right across the street but pricey for just an open lot. Hotel was charming and staff was super helpful. Only real complaint is the walls are thin and our neighbor was loud into the early hours of the morning.

Breakfast at Club Level was beyond my expectations, as was the service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Everyone was so nice. Loved the bartender in the lodge. So kind and informative.

The Venue met all of my expectations above and beyond. When I arrived I was greeted with a glass of champagne by Caroline and Harvey. They were such a delight, by paying attention to every single detail to making our stay perfect. The rooms were spectacular! The hotel decor is amazing with beautiful art works where ever you look. Alison the hotel art director took us on a tour while explaining in detail about the various artists. I can not say enough about this upscale stunning boutique hotel. Thank you again for making my stay and Birthday memorable.

Hotel was amazing. Breakfast first morning just crumbles of bacon. Omelet guy was too busy on his phone to care. Was there 30 minutes eating and bacon never got refilled. Had to call maintenance shower curtain rod was falling down and shower was clogged. With the amount of staff standing around doing absolutely nothing. Management should look at their payroll and do some cutting.
