The furniture was damaged, and there was damage to the bathroom ceiling. The sink was clogged, and the water pressure in the shower was so weak that I had to visit a salon to wash my hair. However, the breakfast was quite good.

The property was a little dated, but nice. The room was clean, quiet and the water hot. The breakfast was standard hotel fare, but good. The staff were friendly and attentive. But, we unfortunately had to leave a day early and they wouldn't issue a one day refund. It was their policy. So my policy is I won't stay there again.

Like the location of all the restaurants and shopping places. One thing they really need to fix is the elevators. They are very dirty and they run very rough going up and down the shaft. They need some maintenance work done to the big time. Give you a very scary ride up and down 🙅

This hotel needs a complete renovation. I only picked this hotel because of the reviews. Most of the reviews indicated the staff was friendly and the hotel needed some updating but it was clean. I can agree that the staff was friendly but that is about it. There is so much patchwork on the property it should not be allowed. We were on a quick vacation and stayed 3 nights and had 2 rooms with double rooms. The rooms have a musty mildew sour smell, the one of the drains in the bathroom tub could have been better patched by a 5year old. The tub floors were brown with soap scum. I went out and purchased bathroom cleaner to clean the bathroom but it didn't help the tub. You definitely need shower shoes. There was mold on the wall under the desk area from an apparent leak because the wall was peeling also. There was no room service the entire stay. I went to the front desk twice for washcloths. That morning I was told they had to do laundry and some would be dropped off to our room. When we returned from our outing for the day no washcloths and was then told by front desk they didn't have any. I finally saw housekeeping in the hallway and asked for 2 and those were dirty. I would not/will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
