It's a spectacular hotel in all means. Location, cleanliness, staff, meals. Caring for all the smallest detail you can think of, one of my favorite hotels i have been to. The service was outstanding, the butler service is impeccable and the complementary breakfast service was amazing. The rooms are very well equipped and there are free snacks etc. Regarding the amenities I did not feel though that this was a five start hotel. Outside of the small entry lobby/ bar there is no space to use. The gym can be utilized in a hotel around the corner, but it’s small. We were expecting some rooftop terrace or special experience for a five star. For a downtown city hotel it gives you what you need but seems too expensive for me with the sole focus on the room itself.

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. We had a room with two double beds. The bathroom is nice, spa like with heated towels. The location was excellent by as it was in walking distance of notable restaurants, the marketplace and many other attractions. The only thing to note is that the hotel has a bar but no restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to the room each morning. You have to go out for lunch and dinner. The staff was very accommodating.
