Nice place on King St.

Very nice room, definitely better and larger then getting your standard hotel room. Great location easy to walk or take free bus service to most everything.

Hidden Gem

This hotel was a hidden gem. Perfect location on Upper King, large comfortable suite with small kitchenette. It even had s fireplace! Will definitely be staying here again

Really nice for a girls’ trip

Really nice and comfortable accommodation near to many bars and restaurants At the top of King Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware there is no daily housekeeping (at least for a 3-night stay), so you will need to ask for extra towels/coffee etc.

New boutique hotel, great location

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at this location. Hotel staff was friendly, the insides of the rooms were clean cut, cute, cozy and had everything you need. The location is perfect, right around the corner from the Hominy Grill and king street has lots to offer. I would stay at this location again and will be back. Thank you for being great

Very clean & comfortable, free Dash bus stops right outside front door so very easy to get to any place in the city, staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem is their wifi, both of us kept losing connection, they really need to improve that service (when we complained at front desk were told many other guests having this problem), otherwise very nice place to stay

Very nice and comfy

In town for a wedding. We booked this hotel last minute because we accidentally booked our other night for 1 night too few. It was much nicer than our expectations! All super new, beautiful design in the rooms, very clean and spacious. Wish we'd stayed here the whole time.

Great Stay, love this location!

Great service, nice room with a full kitchen and fireplace. Located on King street within walking distance to coffee shop ( literally across the street) restaurants and bars, even small grocery. They also provide a shuttle. Will stay here again when we come back. Wonderful trip at a wonderful resort. *No maid service so bring your own ammenities. This is set up like a condo not a hotel.

Awesome experience with this Hotel, close to fabulous restaurants, night life. Rooms were amazing, as nice a suite as I've stayed and the bed was the most comfortable for a hotel that I've slept in. Cant say enough nice things, will definitely go back for return visit. Everything in the room seemed like it was brand new. Very happy customer

We were significantly flight delayed getting into Charleston and ended up arriving just before 2am. Reception were ready for us and expedited check in and extended our check out time recognising how tired we were by that stage. Room and bathroom were large and clean. Good location at top end of main downtown Charleston area.

Great hotel so convenient to restaurants and venue

Very large room, with a small opening thru French doors. Lovely full kitchen which didn’t need. Sleep sofa if needed. Bed very comfortable with nice linens. Everyone who worked at the hotel was super nice and helpful. Very clean.

Okay deal in an expensive town

This is an okay hotel, very new. Service was minimal but nice. It was a really weird room though with no windows. Glad I was only there for a few days. But if you aren't spending much time in the room, the location was great.

Awesome property and location. About it a year old and everything was in great shape. No complaints and would stay again. The only icky experience was when the front desk asked me if I’d like to do a timeshare tour and I told them no. After that, that particular person wouldn’t say a word to us the rest of the trip.

Downtown Suite, Great Location

The room was clean and comfortable. The suite style allows more functionality with kitchen amenities for meals in or quick breakfasts. The location is perfect and makes it easy to walk to many sights and places to eat and shop! The staff was always friendly and greeted us as we walked in. They have a night security guard in the lobby for additional safety. Newspapers, free keurig coffee and tea, and possibly a fruit (apple) was available in the morning.

Very clean. Excellent location. Only thing I wish I knew was your room doesn’t get cleaned (new towls, bed made etc unless your stay is over 5 nights. You can request more towels though but just something to note.
