Great staff and good service with breakfast service and house keeping. Staff was so courteos that that let us have our time to finish the break as we just arrived 5 mins before the breakfast time end from our kids soccer game. Staff was so considerate that they let us take our time and didn't rush us. House keeping service for the room was excellent.

We loved our stay here. The location is great, not far from highway and easy to get to. It is also not too far from downtown. The place is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and varied, but the best part was how friendly the staff at breakfast was. The hostess came out to wish good morning and wished everyone to have a safe trip as they were leaving. I pleasantly thought that "southern hospitality " is alive and well.

. The hotel shuttle wasn’t working so we had to pay for a taxi from the airport. The bathroom door was so warped it didn’t shut. The hallways were a bit dingy. The bright spot was that the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was super attentive and friendly. One lady even brought out whipped cream for my daughter to put on top of her pancakes. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. Would recommend.

The staff was amazing. I lost my passport and I called the front manager Ray and he took his time to go out and look for it in the parking lot and he found it! I was so grateful he was very nice and we would stay there again. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and hospitable.
