The hotel is coveniently located within the city-centre and a lovely breakfast with a wide variety of options to chose from. I didn't like the limited parking as you had to pay for valet parking each time you came to the hotel.

Great stay and great location. easy and pretty 20 minute walk to king street. Breakfast was great for being included though I wish it ran later than 9 am (9:30 on weekends). Very clean room and property, and friendly staff! definitley would stay again!

Every staff member we encountered was very polite and courteous. The breakfast lady was super nice and was consistently filling and cleaning the breakfast buffet. Our room was very clean. Parking was valet only at $35 per day which was a pain.

Parking was easy for me, they have valet. The front desk staff was very professional, accommodating and pleasant. My room was neat and clean. The pool is medium small and goes up to 5 feet. The hotel was in the best location if youre visiting the hospital across the street.

This Marriott property is amazing. I have such a great experience with valet to bringing my luggage in and I had plenty Otis Johnson staff assisted with bringing my luggage in and was very kind and accommodating the front desk staff they two were just as gracious and accommodating with recommendations for local eateries to order through Uber Eats they are very knowledgeable of the area. Let them know your dietary needs. They will recommend something really great. The property was just an amazing experience in the rooms are spacious and clean and.

The ease of driving into the property wasn't the greatest because of the close proximity of surrounding establishments. The check in process was superb, the Marriott sent walking through the hotel was quite refreshing. Very clean room and neat decor, but the pillows were the least comfortable, in addition to the extreme luke warm/cold shower didn't make neither my wife nor me happy. Check out process with the front desk clerk was somewhat abnormal or to bad sorry attitude about the cold shower experience. Wife says we're one and done, but I'd like to give Fairfield another opportunity to make our stay a much improved experience in the very near future.

The location is perfect for the price. Rooms are good but TV is very limited. The 35$ per night Valet only parking on an open-air lot which is 10 feet away from the entrance is not only unnecessary, but aggravating. That was the key disadvantage and a considerable addition to the total price.

The hotel is exactly what we wanted for our stay: clean, quiet, nice breakfast and not too far from our activities. Coffee is set up all day which is very helpful. However, one drawback is that you have to use valet parking. It was very chilly outside and we could easily walk to our car, but instead we had to wait in the cold for 5-10 minutes waiting for it. I am not sure why the hotel requires valet parking. I don’t mind paying for parking but I’d like the option of keeping my keys and using the car as needed. We literally did not return to the hotel mid afternoon because we’d have to go through the process of waiting for our car when we wanted to leave again.

We were there for 4 nights. Location 4/5, better if you have a car. Great bahn mi place close by. The front desk staff was nice, they were able to check us in earlier than expected. The air conditioning in our room didn’t seem to get cold enough- after walking around in the heat all day, we come back to the room and it was feeling luke warm. The room cleanliness was okay. Housekeeping came at 4:30pm the first day and we asked if they could come back because we were getting ready to head out again after not being there all morning. Second time, they came at 10 am we were getting ready again. They didn’t come back after that, and we never got our bedsheets changed the entire time we were there. Also as I was fixing the bed, I saw a someone else’s undergarments behind the bed, so I’m not sure who it belonged to or how long it has been there. We used the laundry room which was good and valet was great. Overall 3/5.
