This was an amazing hotel. Gigantic Lobby in historic building, super-friendly staff, free evening drinks and snacks, central Location in historic district and the best breakfast we had on the whole trip with fresh omelettes cooked for you to taste. We loved it! 100% recommended!

Our room didn’t have any windows! That wasn’t stated on my reservation. There was a musty smell in the room. We had to call for a room freshener. Breakfast was excellent. Happy hour was good except for the mice in the courtyard. Location is excellent for sites. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hospitality was really good! Staff was helpful. There were many OLD hotel components: worn carpet in the hallways, awful wallpaper that was peeling, dingy walls. Omelets were skimpy, needed larger portion sizes (cheese, mushrooms, etc). It would have been nice to have someone sweep the outside area near the entrance.

We had an excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel was spotless from the lobby to our room, and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Great customer service, a clean environment, and an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
