Let's just say you get what you pay for..... this location was good enough for what I needed a quick place to stay overnight. The pool area was nice, well maintained and open until 10 PM, everything else was basic. The location is also good as it is close to bars, restaurants, and major roads

You get what you pay for. Cheap hotel means not so great. Good side, no bugs! Seemed to be a lot of long term people living at the property and lots of workmen type guests. Didn't see any crazy things going on. For the most part it was quite. The sheets were clean and we had two really nice bath towels. Work was being done on the property so hopefully the owners are updating. The pool looked nice and clean but we didn't get to try it out.

Staff was extremely kind and friendly. However my wife and I did not stay for our intended amount of time. The second we walked into our room it immediately had an intense cigarette smoke odor despite receiving a non smoking room.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and acceptable. There wasn’t a a lot of noise or disruption other than a train going by I was a little disappointed in the breakfast and no coffee pot in the room. I’m a coffee person have to have it first thing in the morning. The beds are comfortable and was able to sleep very well.

We stayed 2 nights and the first night wasn't too good. 1st of all, The a/c unit sounded like it was raining marbles on a tin roof, but at least it worked very good. 2nd at no fault of the hotels, the freight trains were very loud and made it very difficult to sleep, by the way, 12 trains ran from 830pm to about 630am and since the trains ran parallel with the highway and had roads that crossed the tracks, they blew their whistle the entire way down the highway. 3rd, our queen size bed reeked, squeezed, and popped with every movement. 4th and to add insult to injury, I had no hot water for my morning shower. I went to the lobby and explained my night to the gentleman at the counter, and he put me in a room farthest from the trains and even upgraded us to a king size bed. The a/c was new and quiet as a whisper, the bed was very comfortable and quiet and when I got up in the morning, thats right, I had hot water! As for the trains, well, I think you would hear them on the moon, but there were only 8 that ran the second night. All in all not too bad.

Bed was comfortable enough, pillows weren't great. AC was loud when it turned off, and the TV only had one channel. Good for the price but if you're expecting luxury maybe look somewhere else

It was ok… all I’ll say

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly, polite and helpful. The gentleman who was at the desk in the morning said hello and that’s all. I had to ask for sugar for coffee. Breakfast was on the very light side. And our key got re-set after our room was cleaned. Meaning I had to go back to the office to have the keys rest instated. The facility we stayed in at Pirt Rich, Fl was much better and nicer.
