The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special as it was our first family vacation. The hotel is very quiet - perfect for our newborn baby. The rooms are clean and spacious and parking is free! Can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!

Overall it was a fine place to stay. The carpets left my socks pretty dirty but otherwise the room seemed clean. We did have 3 different occasions we found those super fast centipedes in the shower. Also, the air conditioner directly hits the curtains which makes it less effective and loud because the curtain rods hit each other. At one point the smoke detector started beeping so they switched our rooms. The second room smelled very badly of damp so we asked to change again. They moved us again and the new room smelled totally fine again. Also, the elevator was slightly sketchy. Continental breakfast was decent. Location was safe, not a bad neighborhood or anything. I think they did a landlord special on it a few years back and so it's starting to look dingy. Overall the hotel was fine. Nothing to write home about but certainly not the worst place to stay. Staff was nice though!

The staff was very kind and had smiles for my son. It was my first time stopping in West Virginia, and I was pleasantly surprised. I choose it for the pool, but the pool is in the middle of the parking lot, so I don’t recommend it. but the staff were great and it’s very clean.

This was one of the nicer places of our recent stays! The staff was excellent, breakfast was decent, and the place was well maintained. If i had ANY negative, it was simply that the bathroom sink and tub drained a bit too slowly and took a while to completely empty. We've recent stayed in a few places that just weren't up to speed...our stay this time was much more comfortable, the bed was nice, and everything was in good shape!

Property is not well maintained. Amenities are minimal. Breakfast options low quality are r little offered. Pool is isolated across parking lot next to a dive-bar. If you need a quick stop for sleep on a long trip and you have little care about the stay this might suit you, but for the price per night there are many better nearby options.
