The stay was amazing and the onsite owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs while at the property. We had a great night of sleep amd the cleanliness was 110%. We would stay here again if in the area.

This was a great stay! Our host was efficient and so very friendly. He took us on a tour of the house when we requested one to see all the beautiful woodwork. The breakfast was delicious! There was one mechanical issue overnight, but our host was on site and did an excellent job correcting the issue with minimal disruption. Highly recommend staying here!

What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. The room and common areas were flawlessly kept, the property was peaceful, and the other guests were just as pleased as we were to share such a wonderful space. The added bonus is that Joshua makes a superb quiche!

I cannot say enough good things about this BnB. The owner is absolutely wonderful, spent time making sure I was comfortable and settled, and obviously takes enormous pride in ownership. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this charming place and I will tell anyone who has plans to stay anywhere near Charleston to make sure they stop here. You will not be disappointed. Excellent accommodations, excellent food, top-notch service. WOW.

This is our first time at a B&B and it was amazing. The host was outstanding and the property was so clean and well maintained. Joshua was an amazing host and cook. He made us feel at home and the linens were outstanding and the overall charm of the house was out of this world. I will be recommending this to everyone I know so they can share in this experience. So close to the College in a great neighborhood. We will definately be back!
