Excellent weekend stay for my wife and I. We came down for family weekend at College of Charleston. Excellent stay! Excellent accommodations and excellent staff. Wife and I had a wonderful weekend staying here. Will definitely have to reserve this place again in the spring. We loved our stay!!!

Great spot for a couple

Pros: So much character, Very cozy and perfect for two people. Perfect location to everything and close to the beach. Common area is great for just relaxing and talking with people. Staff is also wonder. Cons: Some areas in the bathroom you can tell were not cleaned very well, some of the old boards have nails sticking up.

The Prince suite that we stayed in was beside the kitchen so we heard every time someone came in and you can hear other people that are in the main house if they are loud!! Not blaming the place but the people that stayed in there with us that don’t care about being quiet for others!! But everything else was spot on and would probably stay there again! I would get one of there outside houses, but if you need a place to crash all rooms would work for you!! Overall I would 4-5 stars!

The common areas are really cozy and cute however, the stairs entering the property are unleveled and uneven which is an accident waiting to happen. My husband and I stood in the Annie room which was very small. The bathroom did not have a door but it did have a curtain. The queen size bed caved in the middle which made it very uncomfortable and extremely hard to remain asleep. The Wifi was horrible. I was told by the desk attendant that they just installed a new system prior to our stay but apparently the new system did not prevent the Wifi from constantly crashing which made it very difficult to watch any shows on basic t.v and you could forget about watching the Hulu and Netflix because it didn't work at all. Other then that, the common areas and room was clean and the location to all was definitely a plus. Just make sure you get there early enough to find parking because it can be very difficult to find.

Beachside Bliss

This is the most fabulous, relaxing stay. It is a serene property steps from the gorgeous beach and town. Laura and her team go above and beyond to make your stay warm, welcoming, and fun. Her dog Wrigley is adorable and sweet. The bed and room were so lovely and comfy, and breakfast was perfect. We will be back!

We keep coming back to this Folly Beach oasis. Laura and the entire team - including the dog Wringley - are wonderful! All amenities are exceptional. We especially appreciate the common areas and the materials that’s available like the beach chairs and the bikes. Breakfast is generous. It’s perfectly located near the beach and all activities.

we loved our stay at beachside boutique inn!

my husband and I booked a 1 night stay here last minute for a friends wedding, and we were so pleased! We had to check in after office hours and Laura was so accommodating. The room was clean, had wifi, and a tv. This place is in the perfect location and walking distance to everything in Folly. They had breakfast the next morning with so many options and it was so nice not to have to hunt for food and be able to just walk out of the room and make a coffee! We will def stay here again if we are ever in the area and will recommend to friends and family!
