Absolutely loved this place! The breakfast was delicious and made to order every morning. The staff memeber who took our breakfast order was super nice. The location of the property was perfect. So close to everything. There were always snacks available and coffee and tea all day. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. I enjoyed our stay here so much that I booked it again for October as soon as we left! Looking forward to our next stay!!

Excellent service, nicest staff, great location. The room was spacious and clean but outdated. Could be remodeled. But overall the staff are so nice that I would come back.
This is a lovely old historic home that has been converted into a B&B type place. The Breakfast is great! Made to order! And you get a lot of personal touches staying here (the women who run the place remember you, etc.) It is in a great location - easily walkable to main sights, restaurants, etc. But it is on a side street so it is quieter than being on a main street which is very nice. Plus there is parking in the back of the Inn which is convenient. Really enjoyed my stay & I would stay here again!

Excellent, comfortable, informal, friendly staff, breakfasts were just right.
3 night stay in this lovely B&B, location is fantastic, just half a block off Kings St. very walkable to all the sights. Originally only booked 2 nights but decided to go a day earlier so the first night was in a different room, both rooms were in the carriage house so we only had to move across the hall. Rooms were both lovely, very clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was served in the main house in the sun room (porch) Freshly cooked and served by an Ex pat with a very northern accent, despite being from up north! she made us feel vey at home, we had the room in stitches with our conversations about food and the differences between the UK and the US
We enjoyed the staff, the gourmet breakfast and the room. The breakfast host was delightful. The buildings were historic and beautiful. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. One negative is the bathroom was a little beat up - the towel bars were hanging out of the wall, the shower tile was cracked as was the pedestal sink.
Wonderful location in the heart of Charleston. We came without a car and were able to walk everywhere.
The house has so much character and has been tastefully decorated in line with its history.
Breakfast was great and the complimentary snacks are a nice touch.
As others have said, the bathroom was the only disappointment. It could do with an upgrade. But otherwise, this property is wonderful!
Great staff, lovely room and common areas. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. One block off King St. for shopping, and conveniently located to College of Charleston, the market and the riverfront. We walked everywhere! If there was a negative it would be that there is a large parking lot behind the property. Overall, an excellent value and stay!
Beautiful property from 1778! Breakfast was great as was the staff and the room Great location 1/2 block from all the shopping and restaurants on King St and an easy walk to the other restaurant area by Market St
Perfect stay! Home away from home! Breakfast was great the homemade snacks were delicious. Loved that everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Staff was nice.
A quant inn in a great location in historic Charleston. Very friendly staff. Close to King Street shops and restaurants, along with an assortment of other eateries on Meeting Street.

Nice BnB within walking distance to dining, shopping and many attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good hot breakfast offered and snacks available throughout the day. Room was clean, nicely furnished, but bathroom needs updating.
Great location in the French quarter. Walking distance to most attractions.
Breakfast from boxed items. No thrills, but good. Fruits, snacks, water and coffee available all the time.
It's an old building, which fits in the atmosphere of the area.
The location is perfect, in the heart of the historic district. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and treated us like family. Staying here, felt like home. Aleeyah was especially kind and helpful, answering an array of questions at all hours of the day. We will definitely be back!!
What a great place to stay and feel part of the family. MRS P. Will take you under her wing and nothing is too much. Breakfast is great & on tap drinks and snacks.
Service was impeccable. Very friendly and attention to detail. Located by the main drag. A twist to the normal hotels but very cute and great breakfast
Excellent place to stay! Manager and staff were super friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping and restaurants so was able to walk to most places. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!
