Small placd with shuttel to airport

Small hotel near airport with shuttel bus included. Note that if you stay on Monday only place to get food in take out pizzeria ( with very good and friedly service). This pizzeria ans small supermarket only places open.

Convenient airport stay with parking

we stayed in the hotel to make it convenient for an early flight at Charleroi airport. The hotel provides on site parking and on demand transfers to the airport. The staf were very helpful and we were very pleased with the stay. Will definitely use again if we need to.

A dingy hotel in a run down suburban area, weird codes for entry & dark tired brown rooms & bathrooms, shower hardly worked.

Okay for a one night stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location but not within walking distance to the Charleroi airport. Good hotel shuttle service provided by hotel. Upon arrival to the airport, I called them and they were very prompt at getting to the airport. The following morning they took me back to the airport and the ride is about five minutes. The hotel is small with no restaurant but free water is available in each room . My rooms decor was old and tired with need to be revitalized. Walls are thin so you can hear lots. Linens were clean and comfortable so I slept well. Closest restaurant is 700m distance.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight, and it was the perfect choice. Many hotels near Brussels South Charleroi claim to have a free shuttle, but it often turns out to be a paid taxi. This one truly offers a free shuttle bus, which was a huge plus! We received clear instructions, the van was clearly marked, and the driver who picked us up was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The 4:40 a.m. shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a great option if you have an early flight from Charleroi. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fabulous but location was far from airport with absolutely NOWHERE to eat or drink within walking distance. Room was very small and noisy, had no tea/coffee. Empty percolator on landing but no water. Worse was dreadful direction to courtesy bus. P2 is NOT PROPERLY SIGNPOSTED despite (otherwise splendid) directions making pickup stressful and time-consuming.

Prima hotel. Heb al meerdere keren gelogeerd bij een vlucht vanaf Charleroi. Heeft geen ontbijt, maar in omgeving tankstation met supermarkt. Shuttle service prima naar vliegveld op 10 minuten.

Staff are not very polite. You have nothing other than a bed and a lamp in the rooms. We got some donuts and coffee that were stale and coffee was horrible. Staff also has very limited English. The morning staff didn’t speak any English. VERY hard to communicate. I wouldn’t return.

Wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt, obwohl das nicht vereinbart gewesen war. Die Taxis wollten die Fahrt wegen der kurzen Strecke nicht übernehmen, der Manager holte uns ab und war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden auch am nächsten Tag um 04.45 Uhr gratis wieder zum Flughafen gebracht.

Ideal for Charleroi Airport

It's an ideal hotel for early morning flights from Charleroi Airport as they provide a free shuttle service from early morning. The room was small but adequate. The staff were helpfull.
