“Had an absolutely lovely weekend stay at the Camden Arms. All staff were wonderful, very helpful. We ate there both evenings and enjoyed breakfast both mornings. Dinner portions are huge so much so I couldn’t eat all mine but the fajitas were absolutely delicious. The garden setting is tranquil and relaxing. The bedroom facilities catered for what we needed. “Helpful staff and nice pub with decent food. Exterior room not anticipated - at back of car park and noisy with arrivals/deliveries etc. from 5am so sleep impossible. Room itself ok, basic but clean, but tiny shower room needed some tlc. Airport taxi from Gatwick a rip-off at £27: local one back £17! ”

“We stayed for one night due to a flight connection, and it was a great choice. The room was very quiet, and the blackout curtains kept all the light out, so we slept extremely well. The hotel was also very peaceful since everything is carpeted, which helped reduce noise. The room was clean and comfortable.
