Vacations Close To Chapelle Ste Agnes Vineyard

Rooms + bathroom were very tiny like shuffle around with your partner and really only room for one suitcase on the ground. Housekeeping were friendly. We had maintenance show up randomly and there was a communication barrier but were told he would come back in an hour to check something so we rushed to get ready and out of the room. Our first room did not have the secondary security lock so we asked to be moved to one with one and front desk staff did accommodate us.

The location is great,in the heart of downtown Montreal,very clean and the staff are very helpful and the service is very quick The suit wad very spacious and have everything in it from kitchen to soaking tub 2 TV and a two way fireplace. King bed and a sofa bed. They had valet service as it is very hard to find a parking in the area.

My room was dirty

The location is great. Close to Bell Center and lots of nice stores. Room could use some updating. Front desk staff were nice. Parking was easy. Would stay again.

Definitely a unique place to stay. Hotel property was beautiful. Room was beautiful and more than I needed. The staff was soooo nice and helpful and you cannot be the location.

The staff were very kind, polite and pleasant throughout our stay. We had a problem when we checked-in . Our room was not ready even though we arrived after 4pm . We were told it would be 30mins . We left and came back 45 mins later and the room was still not ready. We waited for another 15 mins , were advised room was ready , when we went up to the room , house keeping was still making up the room . After some back and worth, we were given a new room. The room was worn and dated and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The location is amazing, and underground parking was great and easily accessible.

Nice spot! Walkable to old Montreal. Family suite very large and 12’+ceilings.
