Residencias en Chapel en le Frith

“Excellent hotel. Would thoroughly recommend. Clearly some staffing issues across the hotel (lots of temp staff) but the experience was excellent nonetheless”

“Room was very tired and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Lots of crumbs. Bathroom was clean but not well maintained with shoddy repairs. The bar closed at 9pm even on a Saturday night. Hardly any staff. The building is covered in scaffolding so hopefully the hotel is being updated. The location is very good but could not recommend the hotel in current condition.”

“Great breakfast”

“The inn is in the most beautiful setting with wonderful views . The accommodation is very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and the restaurant is worth booking as the food is delicious and they pride themselves on sourcing ingredients from local farms and businesses. Would definitely return in the future.”

“Over all not the stay we were hoping for. The carvery roast and breakfast was good and the staff were nice. But the spa was not included in the room cost as described making it not worth £148 a night, the 4 poster bed was not as described in the online photos and the bedroom window opens up over another rooms private hot tub where they allow other guests to smoke all night filling our room with smoke.”

“La cama más incómoda jamás vista, los muelles toda la noche clavándose en la espalda. Un ruido del ventilador del baño toda noche sin poder pararse. Horrible la decadencia de este hotel”

“Breakfast was good, our room, the Jane Austen was large and superbly done up. The bathroom was the best I’ve encountered in the UK. The Sunday Roast was delectable.”
