“Was located near mass transit, which was critical for getting around in the city. The two English speaking staff Lucy and Nathan were very eager to assist with any issues that came up. The others on staff that weren’t as proficient in English did use the translator app on their phones to help when they needed. The food in the hotel was excellent, but I wish thy had traditional tables to sit and dine.”

“Aquí todas la estrellas van para el personal de concierge. El hotel tiene instalaciones impecables pero lo que lo hace especial es el servicio. Gracias a Harry y Lans de concierge por hacerme la vida más fácil. Aún con la barrera del idioma se esforzaron para incluso enviar mi equipaje a Shanghai por paquetería. Siempre que necesité un taxi o imprimir algún documento ellos se encargaron. Ojala todos los Hilton tuvieran esa calidad de servicio. Gracias a todo el personal ”
