The hotel is very clean and has a very good location right in chania old town, the staff were super helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was the highlight, cant wait to come back again one day!

Clean, comfy, and attractions, restaurants and bars are walkable. Easy check-in with a very kind and helpful host who made us feel welcome right away. Just note that there is no elevator and you will have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs to your room. Overall, an amazing stay and we would happily return.

Katerina was most welcoming and gave us great recommendations. The area was perfect. Easy access to everything but as soon as you turned onto the street it was located in, it was very quiet and peaceful. A nice gentle hubbub from the restaurant below in the evenings but no loud noise. Was very surprised to hear the odd review claiming it was noisy?! Room was big enough for our 4 nights and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

The Viaggio Elegant Rooms was a great place to stay in Chania, Greece. The hotels vibes matched that of the Old Town area. It was very clean and just adorable. The manager was very helpful and always available for anything you needed. The hotel is centrally located for exploration and shopping. I highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay!

The room we booked was absolutely amazing and we would definitely stay there again. The room itself was gorgeous and spacious, and we booked the room with the private terrace which was lovely and we made regular use of during our stay. The location is superb - only a couple of minutes walk from the old town’s harbour. Katerina was so lovely and kind and provided us with a map and recommendations for places to eat which were all great! We would absolutely 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Chania.

Best Value for Money in the harbour area

I loved this place and will definitely be going back. I had a very friendly welcome, the room was spotless and the location was perfect. I have stayed in a few places around the harbour and this is definitely the best!

This property was our best stay in Greece by far! It was in a perfect location, the rooms were in excellent condition & the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Excellent location in the old town within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops as well as the old Venetian harbour. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, the best bedding and pillows we had in our two weeks in Greece. Loved the map and recommendations on food. We also had tremendous help getting taxis pre arranged with George who was a wealth of knowledge.
