A perfect place to relax I loved this hotel for many reasons: the comfort of the rooms, the pool area with its bar, and the stunning sea view. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and the hotel itself offers a variety of options — an à la carte restaurant, buffets, and a pool bar with a generous menu. The atmosphere is great, and on some days, there’s live music that adds a special touch to the experience.

From the time of the check-in at the reception, the staff was great and even other days when I had questions about places to visit they were very helpful. I was even given a free upgrade. Also, the breakfast was really good. I also enjoyed the fact that it’s an adult hotel and it makes for a good experience when there’s no kids around.

This was our favourite resort in 3 weeks of island hopping through Greece

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were amazing. Especially the evening restaurant manager who, with the help of the chef, daily came up with meal options not on the menu to suit my diet needs (I did not request for this to happen). It was the first time I had stayed in an adult only hotel. I really enjoyed the quietness, feeling of being safe and facilities. The hotel was in a very convenient position for public transport and in easy reach of Chania.

The property is lovely and the staff are accommodating. We did not get refills of coffee or cream during service and had to call for cream. We LOVED our spa experience it was lovely and the ladies were fabulous! We tried the dinner there for we enjoyed the breakfast, the appetizer was delicious (the fried potato comes with meat just a heads up) but the main was inedible for both of us. We paid and went to the Meze Taverna next door for we knew it was good food and drinks there! The hotel was considerate and wanted the feed back about the dinner which gives me hope they are wanting to adjust or tweak things! Overall it was a lovely stay and we would stay there again!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, great selection and even prosecco! Lovely pool area with loungers, fresh fruit in the mornings and the sunset cocktails served by Manos were great. We were dissapointed by our room which was an internal room which was not obvious during the booking process. It got very warm and was unpleasant to not be able to open a window and let fresh air in. We had been looking forward to sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine but it's not quite the same when it's inside.

The staff are superb and go out of their way to accommodate you with a smile. Unfortunately some of the gloss came off for us as we were put in room 315 which was dreadful. It is an inside room right above a 24hr reception and near the kitchen. It has no natural light or windows. When you open the balcony you hear every conversation, every phone ring, the kitchen preparing the breakfast and people in the lobby. The curtains in the room also don’t block out the 24 hour lit reception so be prepared to sleep very little if you get this room. I complained immediately and asked for a room change but the hotel was fully booked and they could not accommodate me for a few days and even then we would have had to move a total 3 times to get the room type we paid for. I gave feedback to the general manager at the end of our stay and as all the staff she was really wonderful. She said they were aware this wasn’t the best of rooms and would try to get it restricted so that it couldn’t be booked. She gave us some complimentary drinks and a some Greek goodies to take home which was appreciated. For me sleep is important as well as comfort. Had we known this is the room we would have received I can honestly say we would have selected another hotel. Please note that should we have had a decent room this would have thumbs up all around.
