A beautiful room in a historic centuries old building. Clean and comfortable with careful attention to every detail. The location was right in the heart of the old city. The owner is a great lady willing to help or provide information. The worst thing about our stay was that we couldn't stay longer.

I see no reason why this place would be rated less then a 10. Fantastic staff, beautiful authentic structure, decorated to suit the originality and likely the best location one can ask for. We had a wonderful stay. The service and location are both excellent. We hope to be back again someday. I also want to thank you for your help before our arrival regarding parking our vehicle. Parking just outside the historical walking district was complicated for us, and your guidance made things much easier by directing us to the nearest free parking.

Palazzo di Pietro is a hidden gem - a delightful property with many fascinating elements. It's spotlessly clean. The owner, Eleutheria, was extremely welcoming and helpful, and gave great guidance for interesting things to do, places to eat etc. There were many small touches which made our stay wonderful - we would definitely want to stay here again if re-visiting Chania.

The kitchenette had everything you need to make a light meal. The room was spacious and very clean. The room had AC which was surprising! Excellent location for exploring Chania. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful oasis to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. I would stay again without hesitation.

Excellent location, the superior suite is a beautiful, spacious room with a large seating area, kitchenette and fridge. Complimentary drinks, snacks and toiletries were included. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Stayed here twice now and we’ll probably come back again.

The hotel is very convenient close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The owner and receptionist were very nice. They gave us fruit baskets , water bottles and candies upon arrival. They have all what you need like coffee, sugar etc. Definitely recommend this hotel.
