Great resort that is hidden away from the main hotels, but still close to the beaches. The rooms were clean, and pool amazing! Staff was attentive and there was no issues with getting in late to our room.

Fantastic stay in a great location only a 10 min bus ride from Chania. Room and staff were great, would highly recommend. Also had a parking space for our car and beach, supermarket, bars etc very close by.

Digital checking is convenient. Every communication is via WhatsApp which I think is great. Room was nice and even though we were not in a high room we still got a view of the sea and it was beautiful. Hotel is kind of tricky to find but eventually you will get there (it was raining a lot when we arrive and it was night time as well) grocery stores or coffee shops are closed by if you are walking. City center was 10min in public transit and that was not hard to find either. Overall I was pleased, I was looking for a hotel that had parking space since we rented a car for our week long in Crete and Nuovo Hotel delivered.

A lovely property with enough parking in front for us the entire time we were there. There are 2 roads up to the property and one is a bit steeper, so just know that there is another way in that is not as steep. It was a 12 minute walk down to the water and dinner locations that we wanted to go to which was nice. There is a bus stop 4-6 minutes walk that’ll take you into old town as well. A beautiful room with a nice heated pool outside with a nice view of the sea which made it pleasant to wake up to!

We stayed here in April which was just before the peak season. Elias warmly greeted us when we arrived and organised our taxi from the airport too. He was really friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay via WhatsApp. The room was spacious, clean and modern, and the view from our balcony was stunning. The room was cleaned every other day. We found the location perfect for us as there were a few beautiful beaches to choose from (closest was about 10 minute walk) and about a 40 minute walk to Chania. It is on a hill so be prepared for the walk up and down but it’s so worth it for the gorgeous view you get when you wake up! We would happily recommend Nuovo to family and friends.

Great view , lovely clean apartment and pool, which was heated which was lovely, VERY comfortable bed, parking right outside, easy digital access , arrive from lidl side not what sat nav says, really nice apartment built only a few years ago, about 8 min drive to park and ride in town which is perfect , nice neighborhood not noisy at night, drive thru coffee shop 2 mins away and a lidl / local supermarket , beach is about 10 mins away by foot, we walked it although it’s a hill coming back, but it’s a little cove and quite nice , majority of the beaches we’ve tried here so far seem to have a fair bit of washed up plastics on which is depressing, this local beach is sand and offers snacks drinks and sunbeds and a little children’s play area just opposite, there’s a couple of rocks for kids to swim out too which made it fun, breakfast was convenient which the apartment host arranged and was enough for 3 or 4, q com available through a couple of operators so you could arrange your own or buy a yogurt and store in the fridge provided , the spare bed was a temp bed which is very common in Crete But a bit of a pain for a 6ft 15 yr old , overall we really enjoyed our stay , the apartment is lovely and an escape of the hustle and bustles of town, there are enough amenities close by to be comfortable , only 1 minor issue is as others report I didn’t receive the initial access via WhatsApp and had to call , host did answer , sorted in 10, the room with a pool makes it worth it

Awesome Nuovo Suites!

This property was wonderful for several reasons. Firstly, the proprietor was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. He went well out of his way to take care of my husband's coffee emergency on our second morning! The room was obviously recently built and was very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet still not very far from the beach and walking areas. Some of the rooms even have their own personal pool!! We highly recommend this property - for a wonderful example of the amazingly friendly and hospitable Greek people!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Nuovo Luxury Suites war einfach fantastisch! Der Inhaber, Elias, hat uns mit seiner herzlichen Art sofort willkommen geheißen. Er war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hatte stets die besten Tipps parat, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend gelegen, sodass wir jeden Morgen eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer genießen konnten. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur extrem sauber, sondern auch sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Besonders schön war, dass wir in Elias nicht nur einen hervorragenden Gastgeber, sondern auch einen Freund gefunden haben – und er in uns ebenso. Alles in allem eine klare 10/10 – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
