The staff at the Kydon were fantastic as they were efficient and welcoming. The buffet breakfast every morning set us up for the day. The location was also perfect as it was central to everything and we walked to Old Chania Town restaurants and shops. We loved our stay at the Kydon and will recommend it to family and friends.

It is a clean, well maintaned hotel enjoying a central location making it easy to walk to Venetian harbor or explore Chania on foot. Although its not the newest or the fanciest hotel in the city, gives its guests a taste of quality in the rooms, the service and the food it offers. We have stayed there three times and always return back at this hotel as we have enjoyed our stay. My wife enthousiastically called it a small Hilton. We had a room with the view over the old city and the sea and we liked it. As it is quite central, it's a noisy area, but it provides good noise proof windows. Breakfast is lovely with many options to choose from and staff are always kind and attentive. Parking provided for a fee is a huge plus due very limited parking space in the city

This is an absolutely perfect spot if you want to visit Old Town Chania. The hotel was bright and always very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The rooms are comfortable and all the amenities are there. For tours we were picked up right outside the hotel. A lovely sand beach is only a 15 minute walk. All of the staff were wonderful especially Nicholas
