너무 지저분 합니다.숙박 포기,숙박비만 날림

방바닥에 머리카락등 너무 지저분하고, 쾌쾌한 냄새가 역겨워 잘 수가 없었어요. 다음날 여행포기하고, 숙박비 환불도 안되고, 그냥 호텔 포기하고 집으로 갔습니다. 어떻게 이렇게 더러운 호텔을 사업하고 있는지, 환불가능하면 부탁합니다.

기분이 너무 나빠서 손해배상청구 예정임

오랜만에 와이프와 지인을 만나기로 계획이 있어서 예전에 이용했던 호텔스닷컴을 이용해 호텔예약을 했다. 호텔이라서 기대를 하고 갔는데, 웬걸 입구부터 옛날 여관 수준이고 난방이 안되어 새벽3시에 직원한테가서 전기요를 달라고 해서 사용했고 먼지는 쌓여있고 욕실은 곰팡이가 피어 있으며, 너무 기분이 나빠서 아침일찍 나왔다. 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약을해서 그런가? 오늘 호텔스닷컴으로 연락하여 통화예정이다.

홀수층에 흡연구역 있음에도 불구하고 배정받은 2층 객실에서 담배냄새가 많이 났습니다. 숙박하시는 분들 있는 시설 잘 이용하셨으면 좋겠어요.
