여름이여도 바닥이 차가운 곳이 많이 있는데 바닥 난방 킬수있어서 좋와요 근처 편의점.식당 많이있구 차타고 근처 하나로마트 있어서 좋와요

시설은 편하지만 난방 문제

위치도 좋고 방도 3개나 있고 레지던스 답게 다 있었습니다. 세탁기에 건조기능까지 있어서 너무 편했어요. 다만! 현관문과 거실의 중간을 넘어서서 안쪽 방 두개는 난방이 전혀 안됐습니다. 입실하자마자 너무 추워서 방을 바꿨는데도 그랬습니다. 넘 추워서 안쪽방에서 잘 가족들은 소파에서 자야했습니다. 안쪽 방들은 아침까지 보일러 최대로 틀어도 냉골이었습니다. 아침까지 너무 추워서 샤워도 못하고 나왔습니다.

위치, 청결도, 안락함, 크기, 친절도 모두 좋았습니다. 시설도 잘 갖추어져 있었고, 침대가 무척 편안했습니다. 화장실이 2개여서 이용하기 편했습니다. 무척 깨끗했지만 청소하실때 마지막에 내리는것을 깜박하셨는지 변기에 머리카락이 잔뜩 들어가 있었지만 다른 부분은 모두 좋았습니다. 다시 간다면 재방문의사 100% 입니다!

2020년 거제도 여름 휴가~

가족단위 여행에 적합... 여행후엔 빨래들이 몰려 좀 그래ㅆ는데 이곳엔 세탁기도 있어 그날 그날 세탁도 하니 넘 좋았어요 식기 건조기도 있어서 간단한 식사나 간식후에 설겆이를 따로 안해도 좋더라구요..좀 라쉬 워ㅛ던건 세탁실과 식기세척기 관리에 좀더 신경 써주심 훨씬 좋을거 같네요... 그래도 다른건 넘 좋았습니다 . 아파트형이어서 너무 편하고 쾌적하게 잘 쉬다왔어요... 가격대비 너무 좋은거 같아요. 가족여행이나 모임여행에 적극 추천 합니다.^^

저렴한 가격. 관광지와 거리는 있지만 옥포항 옆인 주거지생활권이라 유흥+먹거리 마트 있음. 사장님 응대도 빠르고 가정집에서 쉬는 느낌. 수압이 약한거 말곤 너뮤너무 좋았어요

편안하구 좋은데 물수압이 너무약하구 군데군데 고장난곳이 있어서 불편했어요 번기레버.화장실 문 손잡이 고쳐놔야할듯

전반적으로 만족

방도 넓고 침대도 푹신하고 전반적인 상태는 다 좋았어요~아쉬운 점 하나는 청소가 조금 덜 되었는지 머키카락 등이 바닥에 떨어져있더라고요. 아기랑 함께한 여행이라 다소 아쉬웠답니다ㅠ 그래도 위치랑 다른 환경들은 다 만족스러웠어요

정말 편하게 가족여행 잘 다녀왔습니다.

집안이깨끗하고방도넓어5~6명도충분이지낼수있네요..취사도구,세탁기,다리미 등등없는게없고접시랑수건도추가로더제공해주셔서잘먹고잘쉬다갑니다. 화장실이2개인데욕조가없는게좀안타깝지만옥포도심한복판에마트,식당,술집도바로앞이고편하게잘놀다갑니다.가격또한훌륭하네요^^
