五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。

酒店地理位置很好，位于市中心，地铁站就在旁边一百米以内。长春站三站地铁直达。附近还有人民广场和其他公园。酒店高档大气，整体保养维护得不错。酒店泳池很棒，人也不多。来长春住这里性价比很高

출장목적

중국어를 하지 않는 사람이 장춘에 묵기 편한 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 스텝들이 대체적으로 영어를 잘 했고 친절하여서 머무는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔 내 레스토랑이 두개여서 (하나는 조식 레스토랑, 하나는 중국 레스토랑) 장기 투숙시 좀 선택의 폭이 적은 것과 주변에 상가들이 부족한 부분 외에는 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 대각선 맞은편에 IFC 몰이 완공되고 나면 부족한 상가부분을 채워줄수 있을 듯합니다.
