“Es un hotel de ciudad muy bien situado, de habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas. Personal muy amable y si vais españoles, durante mi estancia, en el buffet y el restaurante La Flame, estaba Laura, una chica de Valencia que os ayudará en todo, un encanto y se agradece tanto poder entenderte fácilmente a la hora de elegir tus platos...En fin, una estancia perfecta en un precioso hotel.”

“Este hotel me estafó , la ubicación y descripción que está en la publicación no existe , dicen que están en el centro de la ciudad de shijiazhuang y que está todo cerca y es mentira este hotel no está en dicha ubicación sino en el sur , súper lejos y ni la plataforma de expedía ni dicho hotel se hicieron responsable y simplemente me estafaron y me robaron $663,00 por que mi reservación fue por 18 noches y nunca me reembolsaron nada y si comento esto es para que jo sigan estafando a más personas...

“The stay was nice, but further away from the city center than I thought. The staff was very friendly and wonderful to work with. They were willing to hail a cab and give the driver directions. The breakfast buffet was okay, a little bit of Chinese and Western foods - more Chinese than Western, but still it was nice not to have to worry about finding a restaurant.”

“Hotel is in a very convenient location near many businesses and the metro is close by. The staff is very attentive to guests, offering a wide variety of excellent foods and service. They have afternoon tea and pastries from 1-5pm, which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. Their gym also has a decent amount of equipment. Most other hotels are a little barebones in terms of equipment.”
