“As an infrequent traveller and senior citizen, I appreciated the very pleasant and generous assistance with phone, navigation and general issues. I enjoyed being in the older traditional artistic area. Shakya House was beautiful, comfortable and secure. I would love to stay again.”

“When I arrived, they had no record of my booking and then when I checked out they claimed I hadn't paid again.
In my booking it said there was free breakfast and a free ride to the airport but the manager said 'no way'. They also told me Expedia had gone out of business.
I will never book through Expedia again ”
