I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent two-day stay. Despite booking a Premium Suite, my experience was unacceptable and far below the standards I expected. During my stay, I encountered several serious issues: - Lack of Service: I called room service multiple times, but no one ever arrived to assist me. - Safety Hazards: The toilet seat in my suite was broken, and there was exposed wiring next to it, which poses a significant electric shock risk. - Faulty Amenities: The in-room safe was not functioning. I requested assistance from room service regarding this, but again, no one showed up. - Inconvenient Policies: I was disappointed to learn that no guests are allowed in the rooms after 8:00 PM. As a guest in a Premium Suite, I expected a high level of service and a safe, well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. UNFORTUNATE!

Everything about the room was ‘tired’. Plugs were loose in the sockets, shower door did not shut so bathroom flooded. Only one bath towel and no hand towel for 2 guests. TV kept cutting out. We requested to move rooms. Staff were helpful but obviously couldn’t fix dodgy electrics and broken shower doors. On the positive side the restaurant was lovely. Food was great. Breakfast excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Overall the hotel was ok but not worth the price we paid. Have stayed in other far nicer hotels for the same price

A good stay

The check-in was slow i was made to sit for long and guest coming after me were attended to by loveen at reception. Having seen this in had to be assertive ask her to attend to me on priority. After which she was trying to give me twin bedroom although I had specified during booking for a king size bed. I insisted on the same & finally she gave in to provide a non-smoking king size bed room. I found the food to be fairly satisfactory in taste, portion size & aesthetics. Although the way it was brought to the room partially covered or improperly covered raised my concern on its hygiene. The rooms is comfortable & decent size. Housekeeping service are good. Have stayed here earlier so the room tariff provided by bookings.com is vfm.

Checking in was not a good experience. Even after we had booked a room for four which was clearly mentioned at the time of booking, we were told that one king size bed would be sufficient for four to sleep. They wanted to charge us for an extra bed which was not mentioned at the time of booking. For a Hotel which prides itself for service it was not a good experience.
