The managers will resolve even the slightest inconvenience in a short period of time with little to zero stress on the customer. Everything is great every time I come visit India for my stay here. I am a frequent traveller and specially I come every year once to India to visit friends and families. Breakfast as always is awesome and head Chef is a great person and humble and caring. Overall good experience. Breakfast options were really good and chefs really worked hard to accommodate food requests. Some staff were excellent others were good. Tanvi was very helpful and patient in arranging for airport pickup and giving info about people to call.
