La prestation correspond au prix, donc pas trop de surprise. Le point positif est que nous avons bien dormi grâce à la climatisation et le fait qu’il n’y a pas de bruit. Le point négatif a était l’accueil: nous sommes arrivés hors horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil et nous n’avions pas reçu de code pour ouvrir le coffre, nous sommes arrivés tard, fatigués, nous appelons le numéro d’urgence et elle nous dit que ça n’est pas possible que nous avons reçu le code qu’il faut relire l’email.. bref elle avait tord et ne s’est même pas excusée… le client est un menteur… moyen l’accueil!! Il fallait que je le reporte.

Chambre était humide, ça sentait enfermé malgré la Clim. Le carrelage était collant. Les toilettes sont vieillot tuyauterie de pommeau sale Les 2 verres sont fournis !! 2! On voulait boire eau fraîche le matin - impossible car les verres utilisés le soir étaient inutilisables (économies ??) Le matin on entendait les voisins comme si ils étaient chez nous! La personne à l’accueil est très aimable et souriante !
