Nice hotel on the outskirts of a bigger city which made me feel like I was in a safe area. Multiple dining & shopping places in the direct area. Check in was quick and easy. Decent pool and the bed was extremely comfortable which is a win for me. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner as there was hair in the shower but other than that it was a nice convenient hotel extremely well priced compared to others in the area. Would stay again.

Breakfast very mediocre. Eggs with peppers and some thin boiled bacon like stuff were warm items. Had sign by door for complimentary snacks. Only thing there was salt for empty popcorn stand and an empty cake stand . Room was quiet other than noisy fridge. Microwave on top of fridge may cause fridge to keep running to cool off? Staff were helpful.

The bed was very hard. The breakfast buffet was bread, bagels, muffins and cereal. They said they were short staffed so no cooked items. The hotel was dated but ok for a quick overnight stay.

Check in was not great. The clerk behind the counter was doing something on the computer when we came in and didn’t greet us. Finally looked up and asked how she could help us. She seemed a bit disinterested in us and the entire time she had very loud hip hop music playing in the lobby. We were very glad to get our room keys and get out of the lobby. Hotel looked clean everywhere we went. Room was tight but clean. Breakfast was ok. I appreciate being able to grab breakfast at the hotel to get on the road quickly. This did not disappoint. There were modest hot options and then cereal, yogurt, etc. appreciated.

Will I be double charged?

I am still uncertain that I will not be double charged for this stay. The front desk insisted they did not receive the payment from Hotels.com although I had a receipt that I had paid. This was due to a wrong expiration date of my credit card from the info the hotel received from Hotels.com. I spoke with a virtual agent and he told me the problem will be resolved. I got an email this am from the front desk that makes me not so sure.

Filthy and stained bathtubs and water clogging in sink and bat tubs. Rude support staff and barely any breakfast. Paying premium prices and yet this kind of experience is just a waste of money and opportunity, Even the leadership at this facility does not even care to call back after multiple phone calls and follow ups.
