Very clean and new appearances in everything. Staff was incredibly efficient and nice. The bed was the best on this trip - solidly slept through everything, and didn't want to leave. Parking OK, as we needed to use a row at a different level outside. Not a direct path via stairs back, but still short and adjacent. Definitely recommend breakfast down the street at Maple & Yolk.

Do Not Pay Breakfast Advance Fee

Stay was great! Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. I paid the extra fee for breakfast through Hotels.com but was told that I would STILL have to pay for breakfast at the hotel bar/ restaurant.

This is a pretty average stay hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly, but there’s some things that could be improved. Had issues with the shower door and the bed is very loud just crawling in and out. Overall I’d stay here again.

Our TV wouldn't connect to the Wifi. There were 3 people in our room trying to figure out how to fix it. After about 30 min, we were moved to a different room but that TV also didn't connect to the Wifi so we gained nothing. Problem was not resolved. On the positive side, enjoyed the Bistro in the lobby.
