Excellent stop off heading south. Friendly staff. Large room. Good restaurant with plenty of choice. Nice to have a walk around lake in the morning. Beautiful views of the lake

Goed verzorgd hotel met pima restaurant. Er zijn geen andere restaurants op loop/fiets afstand dus andere eet opties zijn beperkt als je meerdere dagen blijft.

C'était notre 2ème séjour en 1 an. Site exceptionnel, extérieur très agréable pour y passer un bon moment en pleine nature avec la piscine vue sur le lac. Dans notre chambre, nous avons pu constater que les WC et salle d'eau de la chambre ont été rénovée avec une robinetterie à neuf très fonctionnelle (douche). En revanche l'état des sols (moquettes) est toujours très vétuste et mériterait d'être rapidement remplacé. La literie est basse et trop ferme, impossible, pour nous, d'y dormir plus d'une nuit. Nous y reviendrons espérant que la rénovation va se poursuivre pour un meilleur confort intérieur. Merci pour l'accueil à l'ensemble du personnel.

I have stayed in the hotel many times before. Its location and condition are excellent. The only problem we had were with a couple of the restaurant staff were incredibly rude and the service was awful.

Je m'attendais à mieux pour un 4 étoiles

Acceuil très bien et hôtel juste bien. Je m'attendais à mieux pour un 4 étoiles. Un plus que j'apprécie, petit déjeuner avec jus d'oranges pressées. Point négatif, accès nocturne sur le parking impossible. On m'avait donné comme instruction de sonner. Rentré à 2h30, suite à deux reprise pas de réponse. Je me suis donc garé sur un parking plus éloigné et non surveillé.Et par contre à pieds, on rentre comme dans un moulin dans l'hotel.

The temperature in the room was freezing like in the freezer (10°) considering that outside were 20° and raining. Nobody in the hotel couldn't/wanted to deal with the aircon to change the temperature to a warmer one. Kept saying somebody will deal with, but nothing. Rang the reception 3 times and my husband went there once. You can't open the balcony door if you don't want to get suffocated by the neighbours who smoke in the balconies and all smoke is getting in your room. My question is: how can you make the difference between somebody smoking in the room or balcony when the balcony is half meter and a double window door is separating the balcony of the room. Once you open the balcony all the smoke is in the room, so sit in the room and open the balcony door! The breakfast is very, very limited and €17. No vegetables, no beans, no many options of sweets apart from pastry and pancakes. Room carpet/room dated

Set beside the lake with marvellous views. The young team were all very efficient from the receptionist who greeted us to the restaurant team who served us a light dinner (we had lunch before arrival). Breakfast was also very good.

Smukt stille sted. Forfærdelig bartenderen.

Flot fint sted, ude på landet, ved smuk sø. Førstehånds indtryk af bartenderen, var en forfærdeligt arrogant person, hvor vi følte os dårligt behandlet, det blev lidt bedre på anden dagen, men ikke godt. Pigerne i restauranten var super søde og høflige.

The hotel is in nice surroundings, the room was nice with lovely view and good bathroom, but the carpet in the room was dated and looked stained and dirty. There was no ironing facilities and no shower cups or shampoo. Not what you expected in four star hotel. The food in the restaurant was very nice but expensive. All experience was a very expensive hotel for what it was. Also be aware this hotel requires upfront payment and has no cancellation policy, the payment is being taking from your account immediately when you book the date on line.

Petit hotel bien sympathique avec un personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et les lits gigantesques. Les interrupteurs des luminaires sont curieusement câblés, voir il faut carrément débrancher les lampes qui n'ont pas d'interrupteurs. Le petit dejeuner est très bien garni.
