We stayed at the hotel one night before our TMB trek and two nights afterwards. The room was super clean, spacious, and comfy. The breakfasts were delicious, and there were numerous choices. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. We rested very well at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a decent place to hike the TMB.

Excellent hotel, centrally located next to the cable car. The rooms were well appointed with fabulous views. The pool and steam room were great at the end of long day hiking. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide range of dishes available. We also very much appreciated the staff who were all friendly and helpful. As an improvement suggestion, in the absence of air-conditioning, it would be great if fans could be made available during the recent heatwaves - the rooms did get quite warm overnight!

This place is amazing! Location is just great, the rooms are charming and the breakfast is so good even if in the expensive side of the breakfast costs. The issue is that the address on the reservation was wrong. It is better if you check the address on their site instead to believe the address on the Expedia confirmation.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for years. The service was phenomenal, the staff couldn’t have been more accomodating. Unfortunately as our stay was short and I was a little bit sick, we didn’t get to use all the amenities being the spa/gym which looked high spec from a having a view. Will definitely be going to stay here again and recommending to friends and family.
