The room is centrally located, just a very short walk from the pedestrian centre of Chamonix. My room was clean and comfortable - with a balcony that had spectacular views of the mountains. I didn't use the spa facilities during my visit - but they looked good from what I saw. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Chamonix

I booked 1night on Expedia, 2 more nights on Japanese travel agency. (Because next day we joined Japanese tour group)Hotel staff kindly arranged the same room, and we didn't have to move the room. Thank you for your kindness. The room was clean and comfortable. but... Even though Chamonix is ​​at an altitude of 1,000 meters, Europe is getting hotter year by year, so I think air conditioning is necessary.

The was an excellent hotel, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and provided recommendations for where to go, and to eat in Chanonix. The hotel has great amenities and is a short walk from the Brevant gondola, meaning on arrival we were able to hire equipment from the hotel and be in the chairlift within 30 minutes. The Spa made for a very relaxing apres-ski and was never too crowded. Overall a great stay and would come again

Excellent stay. The room view was superb and with good amenities, the breakfast was great, and the staff was lovely. The spa was a nice touch after skiing sessions and required bookings in advance which was not a problem if done in advance. Jorge of reception staff was amazing with great recommendations for day trips and advice. My only point for improvement is the quality of the toilet paper which is subpar for this stay's pricepoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
