Our time at the Chalet Hôtel le Prieuré & Spa was ok. We enjoyed the evening time in the lobby bar by the fireplace, the post-skiing time in the spa and location of the hotel, however, the room amenities were average for the room price point, and the breakfast was relatively limited in its day-to-day variety. Even on Christmas Day, it was the same day-to-day offering with no innovative culinary surprises. Overall, we’d recommend the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but wished for more on such a magic holiday seasonal time away.

The property is great with courteous staff. Having the view of Mont Blanc from the balcony and from the breakfast area was fantastic! Walking distance from Chamonix centre makes it very convenient as well.

This hotel is nice, a solid 4-star. It is a little bit out of the way from the main attractions: Auguille du Midi, the main shopping street, and especially the train station. Our room was small; but quite nice. The buffet for dinner presented a great effort by the chefs.

Great hotel

Great hotel and perfect location for our friends ski trip. Comfortable rooms and great services like the ski equipment room and adjoining shop. Views were amazing from balcony.

Great stay!

We had a great stay, the hotel is great. The spa in particular was a highlight, with incredible views and facilities. The view from our room was also amazing. The only thing missing was Aircon in the room, which got pretty hot in the day and at night, so we slept with the balcony door open. Service at the hotel was incredible and we will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel staff and approach by the hotel to ensure their guests have a good stay and any special occasion gets celebrated. Great location and amazing views of Mt Blanc. Good location with on site parking facilities and spa. Well worn and used rooms but otherwise comfortable save for the lack of A/C on a hot stuffy night.

Great location!

The hotel was very convenient to all locations in Chamonix. Additionally, the rooms were quite large, very modern - and had been maintained very nicely. The spa was also a nice benefit... steam room, sauna and hot tub. Overall, we will definitely stay at this location again!!
