Great for skiing. Wonderful staff.

Fantastic place to stay if you're skiing in Chamonix. Great location close to the centre, but just far enough out to be quiet. Amazing staff. All very friendly and accommodating. Let us use the room to freshen up after we skied on our last morning.

Great location, Mandy and her team couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Rooms are really clean, only negative as this is an old building, you can easily hear people in the next room, but this is definitely not enough to stop us returning.

We stayed 4 night at the hotel and was very satisfied. Most amazing view from the hotel room, all the facilities that you need plus a lot extra (drying room for boots and skis!!), kind personale and very central with bus stop right outside the door and several nearby. Also 5 min walk to the sunny ski area Brevent-Flegere. Breakfast was also very good. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great place to watch the paraglider land. Short walk to the central area of Chamonix. The only thing I wish the hotel room had was a mini fridge for groceries.

We had a fantastick stay at this wonderful resort hotel. The owner Patrick and his wife were great . Pasquale their all around utility man was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Overall the best view of any hotel Ive ever stayed at. You must come and see the French sister city and stay at this wonderful third generation family owned hotel.city to Aspen Colorodo

Convenient last minute reservation. Very friendly staff. The rooms could use some love though- our room had a bunch of dust left behind the door when we walked in, and it was so hot that we had to sleep with the balcony doors fully open each night due to the lack of A/C. However, outdoor area, proximity to town, and views are wonderful, and the breakfast area is great. Overall solid 3/5.

Paper cups, french banks and great views

Famulous location with views of Mont Blanc and the paragliders adding to the scene. Breakfast includes this view too. Hotel is pretty old. Was a bit disappointed that I wasn't allowed a ceramic mug or glass. Paper cups don't add to the Sustainability or service score. They were kind when French bank held my money and I got robbed by my bank for exchange rate charges on lift pass.

Excellent room with dramatic view of Mont Blanc and other peaks. Paragliders landed right in front of the hotel - most entertaining. The breakfast was very good too. The staff were most helpful.

Like not being in direct downtown area of Chamonix. Beautiful views of Mount Blanc and paragliders landing in the field off our balcony. Very warm and charming sitting areas in the lobby, bar, and outside deck. Every staff member was wonderful!

Hôtel La Sapinière was fantastic. Firstly the rooms and balconies were excellent and the views were amazing. Its a short and easy walk into town but ifs far enough out to be very peaceful. The breakfast was tasty, especially the pastries, and the bar area was lovely with a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Finally the staff were so helpful and friendly helping with transport options and excursion ideas. Do not hesitate to book Hôtel La Sapinière!
