The door to the room creaked and did not close easily. It was unclear whether it actually locked.The mirror was cracked. The shower fittings were broken. The toilet seat was broken and only the short flush worked. The shower soap dispenser lid was missing. One of the lights just glowed. Having said all that, the bed was good, the beakfast good and the staff very pleasant.

Correct, bon petit déjeuner, bon accueil, les balcons des coursives et les fleurs seraient à entretenir, chambre petite mais on n’a fait qu’y dormir, de plus gros oreillers seraient appréciables ou en mettre 2 Nous venions de séjourner dans un hôtel 3* à Pornic pour 88€ la nuit, là le rapport qualité prix serait peut être à revoir (60€ la nuit) …

Plutôt correct mais peu mieux faire.

Absence de savon dans la douche, lorsque je le signale à mon départ, pas d’excuse ni de compensation proposée par la personne de l’accueil. À déplorer.

Auf der Durchreise, unmittelbar ein Buffet Chinarestaurant mitveinem riesigen Buffet , gleich da hinter ein Italienisches Restaurant. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen.

Peu mieux faire

Bonjour, ma demande de chambre au RDC n'est pas respecté, hors j'ai appelé plusieurs jours avant mon séjour pour m'en assurer. Le draps de dessous ne reste pas sur le matelas, je l'ai remis 2 ou 3 fois par nuit afin de ne pas toucher directement le matelas. La wifi ne fonctionne pas, la télécommande TV est absente. Chambre pas insonorisée, j'entendais celui de l'étage du dessus se déplacer. Les peintures intérieures des chambres sont à refaire. Est-ce normal de trouver des enfants jouant, entre autre, au ballon, sur le parking, donc autour des voitures

PLUS JAMAIS !!!!

Je commence par le positif : Il y a une chambre, un lit et une douche chaude. Le personnel à la réception est souriant et aimable. Maintenant le négatif... La chambre sentait la cigarette à plein nez, il y avait des traces douteuses partout sur les murs et pas que des graffitis... Le sol n'était pas nettoyé et était noir de crasse. Quand vous utilisez la douche, même sans la faire couler à fond, l'eau déborde sur le sol donc impossible de marcher devant le lavabo sans se mouiller les pieds et on en met partout dans la chambre car il n'y a pas de tapis de bain. Très mauvaise insonorisation, ce qui ne poserait pas de problème si certains clients respectaient les autres (gamins qui crient et qui claquent les portes, adultes qui parlent jusqu'à 2h du matin comme en plein jour.) Bref j'ai réussi à dormir moins de 2h sur un matelas très dur donc un mal de dos terrible en plus du mal de tête. Et puis la cerise sur le gâteau : À 21h on fait traîner des meubles au-dessus de votre tête pendant une heure. J'ai appelé la réception et ils étaient en train de déménager je ne sais quoi ! En partant le matin j'ai signalé les problèmes. Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'incompétence ou s'ils se fichent complètement de leurs clients. On m'a dit que j'aurais dû signaler que la chambre ne me plaisait pas. Il se trouve que mon compagnon et moi n'aimons pas déranger ni critiquer mais là, je dois le signaler. On ne loue pas des chambres dans cet état si on est honnête.

Notre séjour a été conforme à notre attente. le logement n'est pas très grand mais assez pour y mettre tous nos sacs, et pouvoir tourner autour du lit. Tout était ok, jusqu'au moment de relever la cuvette des toilettes. C'est vraiment domage, et je crois sincèrement que c'est un oubli, car le reste etait OK.

Arrivé très bien mais arrivé dans la chambre. Très déçu de la poussière sous le lit datant je pense depuis un petit moment , n’ont pas de quelques jours dans la salle de bain, le savon à main qui coule partout et même une partie sur la paroi de l’adhésif sur la télé je savais même pas ce qu’il faisait là, même si la chambre d’hotel n’était pas cher un minimum de propreté aurait été la bienvenue
