Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable with great staff. We ate dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. Easy parking and safe. Good shower and comfy bed.

We called to say that we would arrive to late for diner in the restaurant. Could they please make us a cold dish upon arrival. And they did! The dish was excellent and not expensive at all. Personel very helpful and friendly.

Not great service - rooms too warm (for me).

Poor service. Made to wait to check in while staff chatted for minutes. Made to wait for table - no acknowledgement. Waited 10 mins - walked off. Breakfast service ok. Was made to wait for service in restaurant, then 9.10pm was refused food as it closed 9pm. It felt I was made to wait so they didn’t have to serve me. Room temp set to 24. Radiator was v hot. “Aircon” not on because it is Dec. I could not control radiator. It was either off or on. Ground floor so I couldn’t leave window open.
