Not great service - rooms too warm (for me).

Poor service. Made to wait to check in while staff chatted for minutes. Made to wait for table - no acknowledgement. Waited 10 mins - walked off. Breakfast service ok. Was made to wait for service in restaurant, then 9.10pm was refused food as it closed 9pm. It felt I was made to wait so they didn’t have to serve me. Room temp set to 24. Radiator was v hot. “Aircon” not on because it is Dec. I could not control radiator. It was either off or on. Ground floor so I couldn’t leave window open.
