“Perfect stay”

“Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and city. The location is perfect — close enough to the city to enjoy everything it has to offer, yet peaceful and relaxing, with direct access to a clean and uncrowded beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The area is quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and...

“I stay where 8 nights from 8 September to 16 September in block D2, the room was good , all new and fresh inside , some noise at night and day time . There is construction around that facility going right now every time and a lot crazy or drunk people to сry at the night time . I closed my balcony door because our neiborhoods are smoked during night time and we fell tobacco smoke too. That Orbi -city hasn’t any parking lot , so I traveled on my vihicke and must be find parking place my self...

“Food, drinks, people, it's great.”

“The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

“This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!”
