“Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done.”

“Geweldig verblijf gehad in Roots Resort. Alles was prima. Heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamer. Goed dinner en een fantastisch ontbijt. Ontbijt was anders dan dat we in Georgië gewend waren. Lekkere vers gebakken broodjes en croissants. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Onze zoon mocht zelfs proberen de forel te vangen.”
