This is listed as three stars but it is not… it’s more motel than hotel. It’s clean and provides a bed (not a particularly comfortable one, I put the extra duvet under me to make it better) and not a lot more…

We havexstayed at this hotel quite a few times on the way through France. The room is small but becauseit isnonly for one night this is not a problem.it is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. However there always seems to be a niggle with the room. This time the air-conditioning wasn't functioning , the time before the flush on the toilet kept running . I feel the hotel needs a refurbishment.

Difficulties

We keep saying we won't go there again but this time we mean it. It is very conveniently place on the edge of a large retail park. The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. There hsve been problems in the past with the door locks do now they have installed a key sytem but unfortunately the key is vrry dtiff and it is difficult to open the door. Money needs to be sent to overall the infrastructure.

L’hôtel est bien situé proche de l’autoroute. L’accueil était très bien. Le restaurant sur place nous a permis de ne pas nous déplacer après un retour de vacances. L’hôtel mériterait peut-être un petit rafraîchissement au risque de se dégrader dans la durée.

L'extérieur et vieillot et devrait être rafraîchi, par contre l'intérieur reste à ses propres, rien à dire sur les chambres, heureusement. Par contre il y a un manque criant de personnel, notamment à mon arrivée pour le check-in. J'ai attendu une vingtaine de minutes, car l'employé de l'accueil devait aussi s'occuper du service des tables qui passaient en priorité sur les nouveaux arrivés. Moi qui pensais manger dans le resto, j'ai vite changé d'avis pour manger au Buffalo Grill à côté où j'ai été servi en moins de 2.

Chambres 24 : la TL ne fonctionnait pas. Très vétuste. Ne mérite vraiment pas une catégorie 3 étoiles. Obligé de changer de chambre pour la 23. Et dans celle-ci, ampoule manquante sur la lampe du bureau. 1 seul drap de bain et odeur nauséabonde dans la SDB. Rien n est contrôlé avant l arrivée des clients. Restaurant : les plats arrivent froids, repassés plusieurs fois au micro onde. Le cuisinier trempe le doigt dans le potage afin de tester la température du plat. Une seule personne pour la reception à l accueil de l hotel et le service au restaurant d ou une forte attente des plats. Pas digne d un Campanile, 3 étoiles
