This was our second stay at Hilton Tulum and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is super clean and feels very safe. The pools are great it’s plenty of activities for the kids and the food options are plenty.

A stunning hotel with fantastic bay views! We loved the plentiful sunbeds by the pool and the dining options and food quality were brilliant. Our only issue was the hot water, which failed on a few occasions, requiring a call to reception each time.

My stay at the Hilton was nothing less of amazing!!!! The views were beautiful, the staff was great and attentive! I’m so happy that I chose to celebrate my 37th birthday at this location!!!! I will be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Customer service is great. They clean the room, empty the trash and refill the fridge with beverages even though we don’t call for it.
