But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. “The door’s lock is broken. Poor communication and this is just studio. We asked about the broken lock and they ignore the issue. We ended up renting another hotel room to stay overnight, come back to this property to return their key in the next day”

“The place is rated as 5 stars on Expedia. I’m not sure how this is the case. There were bugs all over and the bedding (including pillowcases) had stains on them. I felt disgusted sleeping on the bedding. The bed was hard, my back hurt. The elevators to the unit, were disgustingly over crowded and super slow. Overall, the stay here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and feel that the photos and reviews were truly misleading. Expedia, please remove this from your listing or else you’ll lose...
